RegaloFlora Refund & Return Policy

At RegaloFlora Flowers & Gifts, we take great pride in creating and delivering beautiful, fresh floral arrangements and gift items with the utmost care. Every bouquet and gift box is handcrafted to bring joy to your special moments.
Because of the perishable and personalized nature of our products, our refund and return policy has specific conditions explained below.


1. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, provided the preparation or dispatch has not yet started.
• Once an order is in the “Processing” or “Out for Delivery” stage, it cannot be cancelled.
• For cancellations, please WhatsApp our customer support with your order number.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered only under the following circumstances:
• The delivered product was significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong bouquet or item).
• The flowers were damaged or wilted upon delivery (photo evidence required within 2 hours of receipt).
• Delivery was not made on the selected date (except for circumstances beyond our control, such as incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or extreme weather conditions).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot process refunds for:
• Orders where the recipient refused delivery.
• Minor variations in color, flower type, or wrapping (as seasonal substitutions may be required).
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
• Custom-made gift boxes or personalized items once prepared.


4. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• For card or online payment refunds, the processing time depends on your bank or payment gateway (Paymob / Magnati / etc.).
• Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


5. Replacement Policy

If your order meets the refund criteria, you may choose between:
• A replacement delivery of the same value at no additional cost, or
• A full refund (excluding delivery charges if applicable).
